1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ASILÉE website at www.asilee.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual items may vary slightly in shade or texture due to photography lighting.
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.
• Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. ASILÉE does not store card details.

In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed. Please contact us if you experience payment difficulties.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• ASILÉE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at hello@asilee.co.za.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of ASILÉE and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, ASILÉE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
